1. Salted barrel herring (not pickled, without spices) - 2 pcs.
2. Canned fish in oil or its own juice (mackerel, sardine, herring) - 1 ban.
3. Meat (preferably beef or veal) ~ 100 gr.
4. Potato (medium) - 1 pc.
5. Processed cheese - 1 pc.
6. Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
7. Onions - 1 pc.
8. Mayonnaise - 2-3 tablespoons

Peel herring from skins and bones and pass through a meat grinder along with canned food (with liquid), processed cheese, previously cooked meat and potatoes until cooked. Chop and finely chop the onion in sunflower oil. Hard-boiled eggs and finely chop. Mix everything, season with mayonnaise, pepper and let it brew (preferably night). Garnish with slices of pickles (gives an extra bouquet of taste). Can be spread on brown bread like sandwiches, can be consumed as a cold appetizer.
